ADVENTURE MOVIE MENUS

One of our family’s favorite ways to switch up movie night is with a themed Movie Menus! For those that have been part of our Dear Fellow Moms community for a while, you’ve probably been waiting for us to drop more movie menu’s and we are thankful you’re back for more! If you’re new to the community, check out our Disney & Pixar Movie Menus and Non-Disney Movie Menu’s too and let us know which you like the best so far!

This post is a special shoutout to the adventure films that bring our favorite stories to life, from classics like Jurassic Park and Star Wars, to newer films like Jumanji and Guardians of the Galaxy. As with all movie menu’s I post, use degression and  look up age ratings to decide if any of these are not suitable based on your kids age or family values, especially as this list is geared toward older kids.

Now, If you’ve never done a Movie Menu night with your family before, let me give you a Dear Fellow Moms secret – It’s all about getting the kids involved! Start by printing out these themed menu cards and letting your kids pick one at random — whichever card they grab will set the scene for the night’s movie! From there, you can put together a grocery list, and let your little helpers lend a hand in the kitchen (or make it mom friendly and just opt for pre-made food because sometimes we need a night off too). The beauty of these is that you can choose how “DIY” you want to go. Whether you make each recipe from scratch or simply grab items that fit the theme, is totally up to you and can change every time you try a new movie menu. Once dinner is ready, lay out a picnic blanket in front of the TV and let the adventure begin!
